Thank you for your continued business and support during this challenging period. We’re happy to announce that our offices are now open from 10am-4pm with COVID-19 safety guidelines in place. While we are reopening to the public, we still encourage our customers to reach us remotely via phone or email using the details below. This ensures we can continue to keep our staff, clients and community safe.


For over 60 years the Coralisle Group Ltd. (CG) has operated by one main core value which is to be a people-first company. In response to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), CG has closed its offices and has transferred all employees to a remote working model. However, we will never stop working for the good of our community, especially during these unsettling times, and are available via the below methods.

As part of our measure to better serve the community, our Zest program is now available for everyone. Resources and content on nutrition, wellness, and staying healthy in the midst of this pandemic will be provided via the Zest website and on our Instagram page.

You can also register via the online portal to make full payments by debit card, Visa and MasterCard or to access insurance documents. Visit hellocgi.com to sign up and be automatically entered into a draw to win prizes.

Premium payments can continue to be made by credit/debit card via phone or by bank transfer. In all cases, please reference your policy number. Phone payments please call 296-3700 and pay by debit card, Visa and MasterCard.

Claims settlements will still be issued directly into a person’s account.
